In the Vietnamese hair market, the quality grades of hair products are divided into three basic categories: Super Double Drawn, Double Drawn, and Single Drawn.

• Single-drawn hair is the category of the lowest hair thickness with just 40-50% of the hair having the same length. When you touch the hair, it appears thick at the root but very thin at the tail.

• Double-drawn hair refers to the 2nd rank in hair thickness with 60-65% of the hairs being the same length. Only 35-40% of your hair won’t show them too much and the double-drawn hair bundle looks full too.

• Super double-drawn hair is the highest rank in hair grade with 80-90% of the long hair strand as single-drawn hair and double-drawn hair, and the rest of the hair is short.

Vietnamese hair is well known for being highly strong, silky, and not tangled or shedding, despite its thick appearance, Vietnam Human hair is not coarse or rough but extremely smooth and silky. And because all of KHAMIDA’s Hair Products are made from 100% Vietnamese human hair, they have not been chemically processed in any way. So you can do anything with human hair extensions that you can do to your natural hair. This includes dyeing, cutting, heat styling and chemically processing your human hair. While it’s best to avoid overly harsh chemicals, Virgin and Remy extensions can be lightened or darkened in the same way as natural hair can.

After receiving your order, we will start to produce the hair according to your request. This production process can take 4->7 days depending on your order.

After successfully placing your order and confirming the invoice, you will have to pay money in advance to have the factory produce your hair. All customers who import hair from KHAMIDA HAIR Hair can choose to make a full payment or pay a certain part first. The deposit payment must equal 70% of the order value. We will not send the order to the shipping agent until we receive complete payment.

KHAMIDA HAIR is currently connected to all major international carriers (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and others). The time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method as well as the location of the shipping address. In KHAMIDA HAIR, the shipping fees have been calculated based on the weight of your order. We could not show you the specific numbers, because each shipping agents have its own range of prices. Furthermore, if you do not choose a logistics agent, we will choose the best one for you based on our previous experiences and customer data.

Currently, the company does not provide free sample products for customer testing. To ensure the customer’s pleasure prior to delivery, our team will video call or utilize other means to allow customers to inspect the product quality after our factory has completed generating the order. We only deliver packages to shipping agents after the consumer has been satisfied with the quality of the hair products.

We will contact the customer via video call or other ways before delivering the shipments to shipping agents to assist the customer to inspect the quality of their hair products and ensure the accuracy of the order.

Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure Virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.

Human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will turn to be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning the human hair will, it shows white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very little gray hair and split ends. It is normal but not a quality problem.

Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original colour to fade. Virgin hair extension in competitive price. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the  virgin hair . Colouring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first.

1. Wash the hair in one week.
2. Water to wet hair,use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.
3. Comb with a wire brush after dry.
4. You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent,and remember to use the nutrition water.
5. The combs you`d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.
6. Don't make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time.
7.Don't blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.

1. Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
2. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
3. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.
4. You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

- Non-Remy hair is collected from the floor of temples and hair salons. Cuticle directions become mixed, causing tangling and matting. To disguise this the hair will go through an acid bath to completely strip the cuticle, similar to relaxing your hair about a dozen times
- Remy hair: each bundle Remy hair are from 3-4 difference people mixed together, but all Remy hair bundle are the same cuticle direction
